Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in our organisation. We aim to provide the best user experience and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel a payment or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and procedures for such cases.

Cancellation by the Company

Please note that our organization never itself initiates cancellation of a payment made by the candidate. Any cancellation requests must be initiated only by the candidate only.

Cancellation by you

You agree and acknowledge that the fees for filling application on this Website is non-refundable. Refunds will only be processed in the case of multiple payments made for the same application by a candidate. In such an event, the candidate must request a refund within 3 days of the payment date. No refund requests will be entertained beyond this period. The Company will process a refund after deducting applicable bank or payment gateway charges, and the amount will be credited to candidate’s respective account within 15 days.

Policy Updates

This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. The latest version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Please note, this policy only applies to payments made for applications through our website. For any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact our Helpdesk team.
